About Me
I wasn’t born into this. I was just like you—a recreational athlete, chasing strength, chasing wins. Then my body broke down.
Back injuries. Joint pain. The kind that doesn’t just slow you down—it stops you in your tracks. My “I get it” moment came when I couldn’t walk. That’s when I realized: if I wanted to keep living strong, something had to change.
So I rebuilt my training from the ground up. Mobility. Flexibility. Strength that actually lasts. I stopped chasing the old way and started training for the long game.
Now, I coach men over 40 to do the same. Because you’re not out of the game—you just need to play it with intelligence and wisdom.
I’ve spent over 20 years as a coach, trainer, and instructor. I’ve competed for 20+ years. And I’ve learned this: capability doesn’t come from chasing abs or punishing workouts. It comes from three pillars:
